Upon booking, you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and the steps to check-in online. For online check-in, you must send a photo of the front document, a photo of the back of the document and a selfie with the person and their identification document. Just follow the instructions! IMPORTANT: check-in is set from 15:00 so the access buttons will be active from 15:00; check out is set at 11:00, after just one minute the access buttons will no longer be active.

ACCESS WITH BUTTONS:

Once checked in and subsequently approved by an administrator, the access buttons will be sent:

Porta palazzo (driveway gate)
Porta palazzo 2 (pedestrian gate/entrance door)
Apartment door (apartment door).

Once in front of the structure, click on Porta Palazzo (vehicle gate – to access by car) or Porta Palazzo 2 (pedestrian gate). You have to go in front of the main door of the structure. On the left, buzz the booked apartment (Marina, Serena or Eunice), and click on Porta Palazzo 2. Once inside, go in front of the door of the booked apartment, click on Porta Appartamento. On the knob, a blue light will come on, do not press any code. After a slight noise, turn the knob anticlockwise until the door opens. Once inside, at the top right, near the apartment door, there is the Smartbox or smart switch, a small white box. Press it and check that the blue light is on.

HOME AUTOMATION INFORMATION.

The structure is served by photovoltaic panels for a more conscious use of energy resources for a greener planet and to avoid waste. There are some rules to keep in mind. The apartments are managed using home automation, which means that devices connected to the Internet have been installed in each apartment which allow monitoring and management. In this case both lighting and air conditioning. Important, as soon as you enter the apartment on the wall to the right there is a white smartbox box, make sure that the light is blue, if it is off, press on the box. Since everything is automated, you need to keep in mind some small and simple information:

inside each apartment there are motion sensors when they do not detect any movement. The air conditioner and lighting will turn off after 15 minutes. Also the air conditioning only works with the windows closed. However, these rules are suspended from 20:00 to 8:00 in the morning.

FREE PARKING

The structure offers the possibility to park your car inside the property for free. It is not guarded, but there are surveillance cameras. Each apartment has a parking space. We kindly ask you to book your parking space and, once you enter the car park, to position your car so that all guests can park and leave their car independently and without problems.

BREAKFAST

Breakfast is not provided inside the apartment, but we have a collaboration with Bar Melina (3488442904) which, if you wish, can easily bring you breakfast to the apartment, paying directly to them.
